Meet our educators
Degree, diploma and Master-qualified early childhood professionals — many of whom have been with us for years. They are the reason children settle quickly, families feel at home, and every day here feels a little bit like family.

Nominated Supervisor
Lisa
Centre Nominated Supervisor · 10+ years’ experience
Hello, I’m Lisa, the Centre Nominated Supervisor. With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and care, I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
I believe in a home-to-home approach — creating a warm and caring space where children experience the same sense of security, belonging, and encouragement they receive from their families. I am currently furthering my professional knowledge through Early Childhood Education studies at Macquarie University, ensuring I continue to bring current best practices to our centre.
Together with our dedicated team, I am committed to building strong partnerships with families and providing the highest standards of care and education, helping every child thrive with confidence and independence.
Familiar faces, every single day
Consistency matters in the early years. Our educators stay — so your child grows up with people who truly know them.
Different strengths, one shared belief
Every child is unique
We plan around individual strengths, interests and needs — never a one-size-fits-all program.
Learning through play
Interest-based, hands-on, and often outdoors — because curiosity is how young children learn best.
Families are partners
Trusting relationships with parents and carers sit at the heart of everything we do.
Safe and secure
Children who feel safe, valued and known are children who are free to explore and take on challenges.
Always learning
From Certificate III students to Master-qualified teachers, our team keeps studying and reflecting.
A community, not a centre
Our team reflects the cultures of the families we serve — including Arabic-speaking educators.
The best way to meet our team
is in person
Book a tour and we’ll walk you through the rooms, introduce you to the educators who’d be caring for your child, and answer every question you have.
